I overheard one of my clients tell someone in the waiting area, ‘You’re in the right place’ right before they left. What I didn’t know was—they work on the same healthcare team.

That moment reminded me just how deeply healing can ripple. When one person finds relief, they naturally lead others toward it too.

After a deep tissue massage, your muscles might be left feeling a bit confused, almost like they’re saying, “What just happened?!” It’s similar to how they would feel after an unplanned workout. The pressure and manipulation during the massage can release tension and knots, but it can also lead to some soreness afterward as your muscles adjust.

Hydration plays a crucial role in recovery after a massage. When you drink enough water, it helps flush out toxins that may have been released during the massage and keeps your muscles well-hydrated. This is important because hydrated muscles recover faster and can reduce soreness. So, after your massage, make sure to drink plenty of water to support your body in healing and getting back to its best state!

Hey everyone! I'm Elnora, the owner of Healing Kinetics. Happy New Year! I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for all your support 🙏🏾. Last year was incredible for me!
