Happy POST Thanksgiving 🦃 Here is a CORE exercise to help flatten your mid-section during the holidays. Try the Ab wheel for an intense burn. Here are some tips:
1. Grab an Ab Wheel and a mat/pad for under your knees.
2. Start on your knees. Hold the handles on either side of the wheel.
3. Begin with your hands positioned directly beneath your chest. 4. Roll forward slowly while keeping your arms stiff and back flat. 5. The further away you roll, the more intense the exercise becomes. Be careful your first time. 6. Return SLOWLY to the starting position for maximum CORE work!
