FACTS:

🔹The leading cause of injury age 55+ is falling due to decreasing mobility and flexibility

🔹Between ages 30-70, a persons maximum range of motion decreases by as much as 30% 

🔹Lower flexibility may be linked with higher mortality

I'm still a few weeks away from getting my LMT license, but my website has been updated to reflect NEW service options, my membership program, and updated prices! I’ve been cleared to start my student massage hours (aka internship), which means licensure is right around the corner! Excited to get everything set up in my home studio for now - and *hopefully* moving into a private studio in the fall!
