💙 Do I need to say more?! This goes for all mamas, not just newly postpartum mamas!

👶🏼 If you're nervous about bringing your newborn out with you, I've done numerous adjustments for mom with baby laying on mama's chest. They can stay in your arms the entire time! I also have lounge pillows to keep baby comfortable while mama gets taken care of for a few minutes.

💜 I also encourage you to have your newborn checked for spinal misalignments while you're here, too!
You don't have to struggle alone, I am here for you and want to help your postpartum season be as enjoyable as possible!

🌼 Friendly announcement… because of my availability (or lack there of) all chiropractic adjustment times for established patients will now be scheduled in 10 minute increments. This will help me to not have a 2 week wait time to get in for care, and to help those that are in need of acute relief.

My goal when I started at Christie Family Chiropractic was to fill up my schedule until I added more office hours. That time has come and I will be working on creating more office hours starting in the fall. Yay!!

In the meantime, your care and treatment is my top priority and I look forward to having more availability for you & your families! 🧡
