•Greeting patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
•Answering phone calls professionally and efficiently
•Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone; calling new referrals
•Checking and responding to emails daily
•Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
•Overseeing Clerical Tasks
•Obtains revenue by recording and collecting patient charges
•Ensuring the office runs smoothly by predicting any malfunctions or scheduling issues
