Essential Oils have been used in the healing work for centuries, and they are known as the true pharmacy of nature. Here are 7 essential oils available during the Breathwork session.
1st Chakra
Root. Support. Connect.
The first step in any healing process is to take a deep breath and reconnect to your body. From this centered and rooted connection flows the endless potential of Universal Energy. Grounding pure essential oil holds the intention of opening the energy of the root chakra to the Earth. Specially selected cedar, fir and spruce pure essential oils are expertly blended, and help remind the feet to anchor into the ground so the spirit may thrive. 2nd Chakra
