Job description
Laser Academy of Arizona is looking for an all-star assistant manager to work full-time. The primary objective of this position is to assist and work alongside the regional manager in the day-to-day operations. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: customer service duties, ordering inventory, ordering supplies, coordination of schedules, and rendering services.
What does an assistant manager do?
The assistant manager's main goal is to ensure clients are receiving the best Laser Academy of Arizona experience possible. This includes ensuring that our customer services are of a high caliber, making sure the clinic is presentable and using a variety of tools to ensure our environment is welcoming, warm, and fun.
An assistant manager’s role starts by opening the clinic and making sure we are prepared to meet our patients with the best impression possible. Your day to day will have you performing the following:
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Answering questions about our services
- Taking payments
- Ordering supplies
- Assist in creating a staff schedule that meets the needs of the clinic.
- Performing consultations and helping clients decide the best treatment for their skin and goals.
What type of experience and training is needed?
The ideal candidate enjoys the art and science of managing small team members. Experience in maintaining a harmonious and fun work environment is crucial to long-term success. Finally, the ideal candidate must love the health/beauty industry and loves to keep track of what is trending and what is fun as it relates to the beauty and med spa market. Laser Academy of Arizona will provide complete training on all of our systems, policies, and procedures.
Languages: English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
