The 2023 Program for the Annual Conference of National Association of Hispanic Nurses held in Portland, Oregon. It's a thing to get all of the fun badge stickers so let's see how many of our members add! Crystal has been a member since 2012 and has attended 10 of the last 12 annual conferences. "It practically feels like a big family reunion the more I go. The people I've met have helped guide me in my career. This organization has given me scholarships and leadership opportunities and networking skills, as well as access to opportunities to work with other organizations and get onto boards, and meeting people who I've connected to in my work through NAHN. BEST of all, I've made some of the best friends in my life!

Hi, welcome to my page. I'd like to reintroduce myself. I'm Crystal and I'm a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and California Registered Nurse (RN). This page is not medical advice. I share ways to live a healthier lifestyle through nutrition, exercise, mental health and wellness, and general tips. Follow me and look through my previous posts to find ways to live healthier.

I also have a small private practice (sorry I don't take insurance but I do take HSA/FSA cards). I see patients who need extra help with diabetes, pre-diabetes, obesity, hypertension, heart failure, heart disease, heart attack recovery, cardiac rehabilitation, and vegetarian diet. My current fee is $60/hour for a virtual visit where we review your goals and your current health habits and find ways to help you get to your goals.
