Done and dusted!
💥Friday was day 75 of another round of . It's a mental toughness program that pushes you to your limits and beyond. It's about committing to a set of daily tasks for 75 consecutive days, no excuses, no shortcuts, just pure dedication and discipline.
Results included:
Down 6.6 lbs
Have clearer skin
Was consistent with supplements
Hit my protein and macros daily
Cut out dairy the last 3 weeks
Saw body composition changes and strength increases
Throughout these 75 days, I've not only transformed my body and my mindset. Each task has been a stepping stone toward becoming the best version of myself.
As a coach, I firmly believe in leading by example. By pushing myself to new limits and embracing challenges head-on, I inspire those around me to do the same. It's not just about what I say but how I live my life that can motivate others to chase their dreams and achieve their goals.
I've come to understand that in order to be the best coach for my clients, I must prioritize my own well-being. By putting myself first and investing in my own growth and development, I'm better equipped to guide and support others on their journey to success.
So here's to another round of 75 Hard completed, to the lessons learned, the strength gained, and the transformation achieved. I'm grateful for this experience and excited to continue leading by example as I help others unleash their full potential.
