CNN and every other big media outlet just reported on the latest update to the Dirty Dozen list...and for 2024 once again, blueberries and strawberries are high on the list. 🍓

Each year, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) releases its Dirty Dozen list highlighting the fruits and vegetables most commonly contaminated with pesticide residues. 👎

💡 When possible, choose organic produce. It can be expensive, but so can medical pills.

I believe food is medicine. So eating clean, whole, organic foods will nourish and strengthen your body to prevent and sometimes cure illnesses. 💪

Some great places to buy inexpensive organic produce:
Aldi’s
Costco
Trader Joe’s
Farmer’s Markets (my fave)
