Trying a quick alteration in my routine to add a small amount of size for vacation 2/20. 3 Week mass focus, followed by 5 weeks to drop water weight and refine.
Training:
1 Compound Set per body part followed by light weight secondary exercises focusing on pump. The compound movement will progress from 3X3 in week 1 and ending at 12X12 week 8
1. Hamstring/Calf 2. Shoulders/Traps 3. Quads/Glutes 4.Chest/Tris 5. Back Bis
Week 1-3 standard pre workout Supp - Intra: BCAA, creatine, carb powder - post: carb powder & whey hydrolysate (any other food leftover in the fridge). I’ll take a GDA mid workout, digestive enzymeswith & Turkesterone with post workout. Test cyp @ 200mg/week done in two separate administrations both with 0.5cc test and 0.5cc carnitine in the syringe. My typical dose is 160mg per week.
Week 5-8 drop all oral supps including protein powder. Every calorie will come from whole food. I’ll drop test from 200 to 160 and add 5mg of RAD-140 per day from week 5-7.
