Summer adventures are calling—but don’t let back pain tag along for the ride! Whether you're flying across the country or road-tripping with the family, here are some quick chiropractor-approved tips to keep your spine in top shape:

✅ Pack Smart – Use luggage with wheels and avoid overpacking. Distribute weight evenly in backpacks and shoulder bags.
✅ Support Your Back – Bring a lumbar pillow or roll up a sweatshirt to support your lower back during long flights or drives.
✅ Take Movement Breaks – Stop every 1-2 hours on road trips to stretch and move. On planes, walk the aisle and do light stretches.
✅ Watch Your Posture – Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor. Avoid slouching or leaning to one side.

📱☀️ Say Goodbye to “Tech Neck” This Summer! ☀️📱

Whether you're binge-watching your favorite show, gaming, scrolling, or Zooming—tech neck can getcha down! Adults and kids are at risk, especially during the summer. Here’s how to protect your spine and feel your best all season long! 👇

✅ Tech Neck Prevention Tips:

Set a screen time limit: Encourage regular breaks every 20–30 minutes.

Elevate your device: Hold phones/tablets at eye level.

Sit smart: Use chairs with good back support; keep screens at eye level on desks or tables.

Stretch it out daily!

🧘‍♀️ Easy Stretches to Do Together:

Chin Tucks: Gently draw your chin back to align ears over shoulders. Hold for 5 seconds, repeat 10x.

Neck Rolls: Slowly roll your neck in a circle—5x each direction.

Shoulder Blade Squeeze: Pull shoulder blades together and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 10x.

Wall Angels: Stand against a wall, move arms up and down like making snow angels. 10 reps.
