This is almond flour made from the pulp of the previous almond milk recipe. Place pulp on non-stick pan and place in the oven at 250 degrees for 3 hours or fully dried. Place in blender until fine. Store in freezer. Check out the smoothie on TikTok .

Happy New Year! Here's to another year of advancing in our goals to live healthier. One of my goals is educating myself on what is in the food I eat, growing some of those items and making them at home. We're starting with Almond milk that I use for smoothies, hot chocolate and recipes that call for milk. Below is my first attempt at making it myself. I'll post my almond flour in a few days.
