“I would like to thank all the staff at Shoreland for how good they took care of my mom while she stayed here for rehab. I was so nervous to leave my mom here but from the first day they put my mind at ease. Everyone involved with my mom's care went above and beyond for her. You have a great group here. Residents at The Pavilion Health Center at Brightmore celebrated Thanksgiving by making their very own mini pies! 🥧 They picked their favorite flavors, filled each pie with care and topped them off with plenty of whipped cream.

This simple, heartwarming activity brought back cherished memories of preparing Thanksgiving treats in their own kitchens for family gatherings. It was the perfect way to reminisce, share stories and give thanks together. 💙

We hosted an incredible Fall Festival at The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge, and it was a day to remember! Staff, residents, families and members of the community joined us for some trick-or-treating, a costume contest, a cake walk and tons of carnival games for everyone to enjoy. The turnout was amazing!

Our Friendsgiving Dinner at Mary Gran Nursing Center was truly a celebration of gratitude and togetherness. 🦃

Residents, families and friends enjoyed an evening filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations and beautiful songs—including a performance from Liberty Hospice Chaplain Jonathan Cook that made the night extra special! 🎶

Hearing what everyone was thankful for was a blessing for the soul and a wonderful reminder of the joy that comes from sharing these moments together. 💙

The highlight was our annual Thanksgiving Parade, spreading holiday cheer throughout the community.

Our beautiful Angel Tree is now on display at The Pavilion Health Center at Brightmore, adorned with angel tags that represent each resident and their holiday wish list. Staff and visitors are invited to select a tag and help make a resident’s Christmas a little brighter this year. 🎄✨

And the magic doesn’t stop there—Santa himself will join us during our Christmas Party to personally deliver each gift!
