We are a movement and memory center for people with issues related to PD, ALZ, and special needs. Jill Steffey is the owner of POH.

We are "fighting back" to keep people as independent as possible through movement of the body and working the brain in various ways. She is a certified boxing coach, Alzheimer's specialist, Parkinson's specialist, personal trainer and nutritionist. She also understands grief due to losing both parents within 2 years. She will work to help those navigate the ups and downs of all these diseases.
