Bring non-perishable food items and monetary donations to GYM today through November 25th.

GYM is hosting a Food Drive to benefit Loaves & Fishes - NW Oklahoma. Today through November 25, we are setting a goal to collect 200 pounds of food at GYM and raise $500.

Taco Tuesday with a twist! Tonight, my family and I tried a low-carb fish taco bowl recipe, and it was a hit. Deliciously seasoned baked fish, sweet and spicy cole slaw, and a tangy sauce to top it off…without the tortillas – so satisfying! My son even gave it an 8 out of 10, which is high praise coming from him! 🌮🐟

If you're looking for a light, flavorful dinner that’s quick and healthy, this one’s a keeper. Bonus: it’s low-carb but high on flavor.
