SHOULD YOU TAKE VITAMIN E WHEN YOU HAVE MULTI-CYSTLES AND MUCUSCULOSIS
☘️ There have been many studies showing that vitamin E can completely reduce the risk of miscarriage, premature birth, complications of preeclampsia, abdominal pain or cramps in pregnant women.
☘️ In addition, vitamin E can also help women reduce the rate of breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
☘️ On the other hand, vitamin E can also help support the treatment of diseases such as infertility, stabilize the menstrual cycle and is very helpful in the treatment of polycystic o***y syndrome...
☘️ For that reason, it is very beneficial for women suffering from polycystic o***y disease to take vitamin E because it can help them overcome symptoms of menstrual disorders and increase the ability to conceive.
☘️ Not stopping there, since 1922 there have been many other studies showing that vitamin E also has the effect of balancing endocrine hormones, thereby helping to improve s*x life very effectively, increasing semen quality. larvae and eggs. Share for awareness
This accounts for 40% of all causes of infertility. It’s considered not a topic of discussion in most societies which is wrong.
Causes:
1. S***m Hypoproduction and Abnormal Morphology (reduced production and poor structure):
Includes diseases affecting the glands in the brain called hypothalamus and pituitary gland that result in hormones produced to enhance testosterone production
Also diseases affecting the te**es eg infections, cancer, mutations, drugs, alcohol and radiation
Lifestyle changes such as tight boxers, riding on motorcycles for long hrs, obesity , smoking and alcohol, hot showers and tubs, laptops on the thigh
2. Poor s***m transport- the fish need to swim therefore failure to which results in infertility eg vasectomy, infections blocking tubes, poor ej*******on power especially in spinal cord injuries, congenital lack of tubes etc
Home Tips:
1. Always do a testicular exam in the shower. Check balls for lumps
2. While urinating, the stream should be able to go up to at least 1 meter in distance
3. Your semen volume should be at least 2cc and changes from white to clear liquid within 25 minutes
4. Shower with lukewarm water
5. Avoid tight boxers
6. Laptop should ALWAYS be on a surface not your thighs
7. Go for regular semen analysis 1 to 3 yearly
8. Quit alcohol and smoking
9. Exercise regularly
Heated Debates:
Does Ma********on cause infertility? No it doesn’t
Does intermittent fasting boost testosterone? Still unclear. Some say it’s because of reduced fat resulting in higher testosterone levels

Here are some points about infertility:
Infertility is not solely caused by factors related to the woman. Approximately 40% of the causes can be attributed to the husband, 40% to the wife, and the remaining portion results from a combination of factors from both partners. Therefore, infertility is often a shared issue between a couple, rather than being solely the wife's or husband's problem.
Common causes of male infertility may include:
👉 No s***m production
👉 Low s***m count
👉 Weak s***m motility
👉 Abnormal s***m morphology
Common causes of female infertility include:
👉 Blocked fallopian tubes
👉 Irregular or absent ovulation
👉 Conditions such as endometriosis or uterine fibroids
Currently, worldwide statistics show an increasing trend in infertility rates. This could be due to several reasons, such as:
👉 Women marrying and starting families later in life
👉 A decline in male s***m quality, possibly due to environmental factors and living conditions
👉 The rise of s*xually transmitted diseases that can lead to conditions like blocked fallopian tubes, lower s***m quality, and fertility disorders
👉 Early s*xual activity and multiple s*xual partners, which increase the risk of contracting s*xually transmitted diseases and can lead to infertility
👉 Long-term complications of abortion, which can result in infertility for many women
👉 Obesity can also contribute to female infertility, as excessive weight can lead to irregular ovulation and reduced chances of conceiving. Obesity does not significantly impact male fertility.
Couples in their reproductive years who have regular in*******se (3-4 times a week) without using contraception for one year (or six months if the woman is over 35) without achieving pregnancy may consider seeking medical evaluation for infertility.
Infertility affects both men and women equally, so both partners should undergo a comprehensive evaluation. The ideal time for women to seek evaluation is typically on the 4th or 5th day of their menstrual cycle. It's advisable to abstain from in*******se for 3 to 5 days before the evaluation.
