                                            Time to switch!?
I get so many patients requesting second opinions because their conventional dentist is recommending a root canal therapy. 
If you’ve been told you need a root canal therapy, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion from a biological dentist.
Often, I’m able to conservatively repair a tooth with a filling and ozone gas to prevent the need for a root canal therapy.
Your tooth has the capacity to heal from the inside.  A process that involves the placement of tertiary dentin. This process takes many months and even years, so it’s important to understand when this type of healing is possible.
Root canal therapy harbors nasty opportunistic pathogens, such as anaerobic bacteria and fungi, so you should carefully consider the pros and cons after you’ve been given all of your options.
