Drink water regularly, even if you don’t feel thirst
Enjoy hydrating snacks like watermelon, cucumber, and citrus fruits.
Avoid sugary or caffeinated drinks that can lead to dehydration
Dress in light, breathable clothing and stay in shaded or air conditioning areas.
Make it social. Host hydration breaks with popsicles, flavored water, or iced herbal teas, turn drinking fluids into a fun group activity.
