Why do we put a strip of stickers in your kit of supplies?

These little “spot” stickers can be placed around your home, vehicle, on school supplies, etc. as a visual reminder to practice the new habits you’re working on.

🤨 Why are we quoting a potty training book?

1️⃣ Hannah has a 1.5 year old and loves to read.

2️⃣ This mindset of “progress not perfection” is what us myofunctional therapists try to focus on with our clients as well. While we love perfection 🫠, we have to remind our clients (and ourselves!) that perfect is not realistic. It felt like a good time to remind you all that any progress is worth celebrating and being proud of!

😆 Who knew potty training and myofunctional therapy would have similarities.
