Day one of what I am calling Reiki Notes.
I have decided I’m going to start sharing these on a regular basis here. It’s not perfect but that doesn’t mean I can’t begin now.

As things evolve for me I am trying to figure out how best to share with you all and continue to remain active here, but it’s been a challenge.

Motherhood has made me reevaluate my rituals, my inspirations, my idea of success. With the shedding of unnecessary weight from the eclipse and the approaching Spring Equinox this seems like the perfect time to begin in this way.

How is everyone doing?! As I continue to transform into motherhood I’m deeply grateful for my reiki practice. It’s not easy navigating the physical, mental and emotional changes! Reiki has been my compass when I can’t quite figure out the way.

Something major has been happening behind the scenes over here🌸 I’m expecting!

It’s been an exciting, exhausting roller coaster ride for me and definitely part of the reason I’ve been quieter in this space. I’m so grateful for my reiki practice-my clients and my ability to provide it to myself and my baby.

I’ll be taking leave from for a little while, starting sometime in April. I plan to listen to my body and my baby to decide when it’s time to get back into the space I cherish so much. Thank you all for your support and understanding!✨
