On the occasion of MahaShivratri, a tribute to Adi Yogi for bringing yoga to us in so many ways and forms that makes it accessible for all human beings.
Mahashivratri is A Night of Awakening đď¸
Tonight, under a moonless sky, I honor Adi Yogi, the first yogi, the eternal stillness from which all movement flows.
It was He who unveiled the science of inner transformation, gifting humanity the possibility of transcending body and mind. From His silence was born the language of yoga a path not of worship, but of awakening.
On this sacred night, the energy of the cosmos supports our evolution. The natural forces align to lift human consciousness beyond the ordinary from sleep to sleepless awareness, from limitation to liberation.
As the world turns inward, we too can sit in stillness. Close the eyes. Feel the pulse of life moving through you. Breathe into the space where the individual dissolves into the infinite.
In the rhythm of your heartbeat, hear the echo of Shivaâs drum. In your stillness, feel the vastness that He IS.
May this Mahashivratri open your inner eye to the dimension beyond time and form the boundless presence that Adi Yogi embodied.
