As a nurse and a health coach, I have read many studies about the balance in your life and how that balance affects your health.
Today I ran across this study and feel it is important to post it here. Many people continue bad habits based on childhood trauma and using those habits to comfort them throughout life.
You do not have to blame others for the trauma that occured at a young age, but you do have to acknowledge that trauma and realize that it may be linked to your long term health.
