Hello All! ❄️💙

I hope each and every one of you is doing well!

I am looking forward to teaching again this weekend (Saturday at 6:00PM MST and Sunday at 12:30PM MST).

Please comment if you have any recommendations for classes you would like to see offered in my studio.

Classes will remain free with donations accepted through the end of February. Beginning in March I will charge for classes. More details on membership options will follow in February.

Now is the time to try a class and see if it's something you enjoy!

Hello All! Happy Sunday!

I want to thank everyone who attended my class today. I hope you enjoyed it!☺️

I apologize for the interruption during the beginning of class. I blocked that specific user from joining my Zoom meetings and also reported the user to Zoom.

Going forward I will be enabling the waiting room at the start of class. Please try to arrive by the time the class is due to start. If your a couple minutes late you will have to wait to be accepted into the meeting. I will do my best to admit participants as quickly as possible but please be patient as it may take time depending on where I am in the sequence.

If you have yoga loving friends, please invite them to like this page or invite them to my events. My events are currently free or donation based. This is a great chance for you to try out a class and see if it's something you enjoy.

I will begin charging for classes in March. More details to come soon.

Good evening all! I just want to provide an update because a couple people have reached out with questions. If no one joins the zoom meeting within 10 minutes of start time I will leave and end the meeting. I know a couple people have tried to join after I left and get error messages. Thanks for your understanding 💕

Hello all! Happy Friday! 🎉🎉🎉

How is everyone doing today?

I am reaching out to see if anyone has interests for a particular style class. Right now I plan to implement a new class every 2-3 weeks. I'm going to start working on my next sequence soon and would love some feedback.

For Albuquerque New Mexico Residents:
Would anyone be interested in Yoga in the Park when it warms up? Covid permitting of course.

Lastly, those that know me know that I LOVE to hike! ⛰️ I've also considered group hikes with a break to do yoga along the way. Would anyone have an interest in this?
