𝓛𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓷 𝓱𝓸𝔀 𝓽𝓸 𝓻𝓮𝓳𝓸𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓭𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮 𝓸𝓷 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓸𝔀𝓷 𝓰𝓻𝓪𝓿𝓮.⁣

I have shared this sentiment with my clients for quite some time and am now sharing it with you. I am choosing to do so in the hopes that I may provide a bit of clarity as to what shadow-work truly is. ⁣
⁣
The grave I speak of is not truly a grave--for death does not reside at the grave. What is perceived to be the grave is in fact, the entry way to the portal of life. ⁣
⁣
Therefore, it would be more effective to regard the "grave" as the healing space you have created and cultivated for yourself. ⁣
⁣
It is the space to which you can embrace the totality of who you are; the space to which you make peace with the aspects of yourself you were taught to detest, suppress and repress. It is the space in which you Meet YOU! ⁣
⁣
How do you do this? You conduct introspective work by doing the 𝓡𝓮𝓪𝓵 shadow-work.⁣
⁣
What I mean is this: shadow-work is not the clearing of your demons, it is the embracing of them! We are multi-faceted sovereign beings! ⁣
⁣
The qualities that we have perceived to be demons are actually integral parts of us that are given to us as gifts by the Macro-Universe to help us better claim and align to our own sovereignties. ⁣
⁣
These shadows or demons are, in essence, our master teachers and the embracing of them helps us elevate and expand our consciousness so that we can become more aligned with the Objective Truth and Macro-Reality of our existence!⁣
⁣
Shadow-work is essential but cannot be fully realized without understanding the above-mentioned condition. ⁣
⁣
So many of us delve into conducting shadow-work and fail because we don’t understand the 𝒲𝐻𝒴 behind the process, and without that understanding, we simply cannot effectively apply the 𝐻𝒪𝒲. ⁣
⁣
This is exactly what I have set out to do with the course I am in the process of curating. ⁣
⁣

🔘To teach people how to treat you, DON’T begin with them, begin with YOURSELF. The way you treat yourself sets the standard for others and how they will treat you. Regardless of the type of relationship (family, friends, coworker, plutonic, romantic, marriage), people learn how to treat you based on what you accept from them. What is your self-care or lack thereof telling people about how you treat yourself and from that how they should treat you? One thing I’ve learn in life is that you can’t absolve yourself from the responsibility of your poor treatment.

🔘If you find yourself unhappy with how you are being treated, if you feel you are always being taken for granted, used, misused, or even abused by some of the people in your life, it's time for you to do a self-check. Here are a few key questions to consider:

🔑 How do I treat myself? 🔑What do I value? 🔑What do I want? 🔑What do I think I deserve?
🔑 What do I need to heal?
🔑 Am I repeating a cycle?
🔑 What behaviors am I allowing, stopping, or reinforcing?

🔘Remember that you can’t change anyone else, that’s their journey to walk, but you can create a different reaction in others if you change yourself. IT’S ON YOU, NOT THEM❗️ -

I know this post speaks of marriage, but I am going to broaden the scope of 'marriage' to include any instance to which you align yourself to another. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There is a pervasiveness in society to engage in relations for comfort, often because of shared experiences and values. When we allow such alignments to take place, we are often engaging in unconscious coupling--the practice of non-deliberate alignment of one's self with an individual or individuals generally via the current frequency we emit; however, in order to achieve growth, expansion and evolution, we need to engage in conscious coupling. Simply put, we need to engage with individuals who can align and assist in bringing to fruition our vision. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Understand that those who you surround yourself with not only are a reflection of you, but are a version of you not yet realized and actualized. You are constantly creating how you are and are re-creating, re-writing and revising your story. Are you consciously creating an evolved version of yourself or are your repressing your evolution? As a classical singer, I've had the opportunity to be in the performing arts circuit. One of the common colloquialisms among fine art performers and thespians is the adage "All the world is a stage..." but what does that truly mean?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There can be so many interpretations to that quote, but one that resonates with me is the importance of preparing for the NOW, which is the only true time that exists. You have the ability and power to constantly recreate and refashion who it is YOU are. Yes, self-confidence is the key to success but, preparation, rehearsal and honing of oneself are the true fruits of success. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ask yourself the following:
1. Who am I?
2. What am I doing to constantly refine who I am?

With everything that is happening in this 3rd-dimensional reality, it is absolutely natural to feel negative emotions (i.e. anger, pain, rage, vengeance, etc). I validate that as these emotions are necessary in order to birth the new reality that we want to bring into this incarnation. ⁣
⁣
When we chose to incarnate in this time/space reality, we chose the contrast present in this dimension to fuel and spark our creative abilities that would have otherwise laid dormant. So feel ever so deeply the emotions that are surfacing from the contrast being presented. But, beloved, don't stay in that space. ⁣
⁣
Understand that ALL emotions (energy in perpetual motion) lie on only one spectrum. The only emotion that exists is love. Negative emotions are only variations of the love essence from which all derives from. ⁣
⁣
Once you Inner/Overstand this principle, you will be able to leverage these emotions and you will no longer allow these emotions to control you and harness your precious life force. Understand that you are a micro- & fractualized version of the Macro-Universe.⁣
⁣
You are the Energy that creates worlds so take your power back. Use these emotions that are surfacing as your inspiration so birth the Youniverse that your Mind's Eye holds gods and goddesses and step into your sovereignty. ⁣

After you have received inspiration from the contrast, transmute the negativity and turn it back into its purest form, love. ⁣

It's time to have a higher vision and walk in your Divine purpose and sovereignty. ⁣
⁣
We are living in uniquely unparalleled times where the veil that separated the physical and spiritual realms have been thinned and lifted. This gives us the opportunity to directly draw from the GodSource/Universe all that is needed to transcend and ascend. This is the time we in our ancestral form prayed for. ⁣
⁣
However, we become disheartened when it looks like we are not outwardly making any social progress. Understand that time does not equate to evolution. Thus, people are fighting the wrong fight and wondering why they are not yielding the desired results. ⁣
⁣
Understand the higher agenda at play. Understand the threefold truth to all things to inner the neutrality of all so that you can really begin to perceive and overstand this dimension and reality. ⁣
To make this a palpable and applicable statement, I will share with you what I shared with a fellow lightworker who was asked his perception of murder: ⁣
Destruction is normal. Murder is a manifestation of destruction in this dimension and time.⁣
Murder, in essence, is just a physical manifestation of the principle of destruction and destruction must occur to make room for creation. Now, are all beings operating in this truth? Of course not. But that is where it truly comes from. ⁣

When you allow yourself to separate from the polarity that exists in this dimension and understand that everything is neutral, you become receptive towards seeing the inherent truth in all. ⁣
