It is with deep sorrow that we share of Jack’s passing today. 💔😢 He was my friend of 18 years, a healer of many, and co-founder of my business. I have more to share to honor his amazing life, for the meantime to remember the lives he touched we are holding a memorial ceremony on Sunday, November 2nd at 2PM at the office. Open to family, friends, and past or current clients. If you have any photos or memories to share please do! Also a thank you to the compassionate veterinary care of Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service 💗

This woman's circle was so inspiring! 💗 So much gratitude to the sisters who came tonight and explored the "wild" woman within! 🫶 We crafted our own scent in honor of woman's kinship with wolves and keep the wildness close to heart! 🐺 What are times when you feel wild? ✨ When do
you ignore your instincts, trading your intuition for domestication by society?✨

Some sessions look like this! We helped Sage overcome a fear and build confidence. 🐴💪 As we helped him maintain curiosity and bravery, we needed to help him regulate and be mindful of our anxiety as well. We all can only learn in our “window of tolerance” and pushing him over the tarp would accomplish nothing. He wouldn’t be in a zone of learning when he is dissociating from the fear or running over it in flight mode. How can we similarly be gentle and patient with ourselves and trust that we will learn and embody faster that way? 💗

Elsa is a teacher with a traumatic background due to a motorcycle accident in her youth. She had a lot of anxiety, an inability to focus and loss of patience, and became aggressive with co-workers. Two months after starting the SSP, she returned to work and was able to tolerate the work environment.
