This morning, we stopped by our local Salvation Army to drop off information about our Nurses at Heart Independent Living program. Why? Because we know the need is real in our city.

So who is independent living for?
✔️ Someone experiencing homelessness
✔️ Someone transitioning from a hospital, rehab, or group home
✔️ Someone who just needs a safe, stable environment with support

At Nurses at Heart, we believe in working with our community partners to be part of the solution. Everyone deserves a fresh start—and we’re here to help make that possible.
