Have you expressed your love and appreciation today for your loved ones? Tomorrow is truly not promised to any of us. Who would have thought last weekend would have been the last time you came to my house? Who would have thought last Saturday would have been the last time I heard you say "yes Ma'am!?" Show an act of kindness and unselfish ways of living life? You were so precious and so many people admire you. The impact your 20 years of life has on so many people will live on forever. You lived and died a hero. You were like a son to us and we loved you like one. I thank God for having placed you in our path. Such a blessing you were. We will miss you as you have gone to sleep until that bright early morning when Jesus returns to take all of His children home. Condolences to the friends and family. Please uplift the family in your prayers. “And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them. ”

I want to thank God for a quadruple blessing on my birthday yesterday: I was blessed with the Sabbath, my birthday, bio and church family, and true friends. Thank you to Gerry, mom, aunt, sisters, brother, nieces and nephews, and individual BHM loves and hugs. Thank you for the sacrifice and good food, hugs, texts, call, prayers, kind words, birthday well wishes, gifts, most importantly your unwavering support and prayers. Faith must grow through conflict and suffering. We must individually learn to suffer and be strong, and not sink down in weakness. . . .
When we pass through trials and afflictions, it is no evidence that Jesus does not love and bless us. The pitying Lamb of God identifies His interest with that of His suffering ones. He guards them every moment. He is acquainted with every grief; He knows every suggestion of Satan, every doubt that tortures the soul. He is pleading the case of the tempted, the erring, and the faithless. He is striving to lift them into companionship with Himself. It is His work to sanctify His people, to cleanse, ennoble, and purify them, and fill their hearts with peace. He is thus fitting them for glory, honor, and eternal life; for an inheritance richer and more lasting than that of any earthly prince.—Our High Calling, p. 327.
