Happy October!!! New Month means New Challenges, New Goals and Opportunities...
It's been some ages since I've checked in, so let's do this my way, with a few challenges!!
I signed up for 2 this month:
- Hawaiian Airlines HoloHolo Challenge- 50 miles to be completed by yhe end of the month
- American Cancer Society - 25 Burpees per day for the entire month
I will be checking in here, sharing my progress, ups and downs and anything that just spills out 😁

- Lunch: Egg white omelette with spinach & tuna
- Snack: Protein shake with Banana & Coconut PeanutButter
-Snack: Blueberries & 1/2 Pear
- Dinner: Spinach Salad, Topped with clementine & tilapia
- Recovery Shake
