Hello Everyone 🥳
Been awhile since I posted here!!
New year and staying dedicated to teaching as much as ever!! I am clocking teaching well over 2000 hours a year and plan to keep it that way. Although I miss being a student of yoga, I know my calling is to continue to teach!
Right now we are focused on a beginners mind in yoga, whether you are advanced or brand new, it’s important to remember that we never master yoga, we are all students, even teachers!
Please share your practice with others!! It’s our job as yogis to spread the knowledge and what we learn off the mat and put it out into the world!!
Let me know if you would like to add any friends into the group, we are growing these last 2 years and it’s a great time to begin yoga under the guidance of this new moon 🌚 and new year!!

It is now more than ever, time to be healthy and fit, if you haven’t been to any of my yoga classes we don’t focus on just the physical body, we focus on spiritual and mental health as well the three things combined really helped to formulate a balanced happy life..

Welcome to another yoga 🧘🏽‍♂️ 🧘🏻‍♀️week!
I hope you all are practicing your earthing and grounding techniques 🦶 I taught you all last week.. this week we will be tuning into our 5 senses🤚🏼🦻🏼👀👃🔥, it’s a big week, full moon 🌕 on Wednesday and holiday weekend 🎉!
There are plenty of opportunities to do yoga with me this week, I teach Community Classes Monday mornings -9:30 AM Tuesday evenings-5:30 PM Wednesday mornings -9:30 AM and Saturday mornings -9:30 AM..
I also take private yoga clients throughout the week I can travel to you or you can come to my studio.. Commit to Fit!!🤸🏼Not just of the body but of the mind and spirit😀
I am abundantly full with Reiki appointments and card readings but still accepting referred clients💛, book soon and treat yourself to getting to know what makes you tick at your deepest level🦉🦅🦋. Self care is super important to refuel and reconnect to our higher selves.

Happy Full Moon 🌕! This particular one is about ❤️ love and it’s in Libra ♎️ The scales. Finding that balance! Let’s go over the week!! Lots of yoga classes this week, message me for info! I teach 5 different types of yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative, there is something for everyone, If you don’t feel like you are ready for a group class I offer private yoga lessons.. If you are an athlete or in sports and want to get ready for your season Yoga can help you relieve stress and become more flexible and strong and enhance your balance...
This week i can book 1 private yoga session and 1 more reiki appointment, act fast because they go quick😃
If you can’t get to a yoga class, do something nice for yourself this week, find some quiet and stillness, carving out that time brings peace..Have a great week.

The focus this week is inner and outer thigh strength. Why is this important? The reason is because inner and outer thigh strength helps to protect the back..You need to have a strength between the inner and the outer thighs so that you can stabilize the pelvis which in turn prevents back issues..
Join me this week in our community classes or message me for private yoga lessons.
The body gets tired of the same old workouts and quits responding, you won’t find that in my classes, I keep it fresh and new always keeping the body guessing and progressing.
Plus you will get the added benefits of yoga finding that stability and peace within. Relieve that stress!!!!
