“Celebrating growth and leadership 🌟 Our Clinical Director Denise Ardito LCSW, PsyA has earned her IFS 1 Level training —continuing her mission to guide healing from the inside out.” ✨ Big milestone ✨

For anyone who hasn’t heard of it, Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a healing approach that helps us understand and care for all the different “parts” of ourselves — like the inner critic, the protector, or the tender, younger parts — while reconnecting with our true Self at the center. 💜

This journey has been so meaningful, and Denise is excited to keep growing and sharing what she’s learned with both her clients and her staff to bring inner healing to as many people as possible. 🌱

We’re excited to welcome Christina Garcia, LSW to our counseling team! She specializes in supporting teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. When she’s not working with clients, she loves spending time with her pets—her dog, Kali, and her two cats, Milo and Sushi—as well as enjoying thriller movies and creative writing.

Therapy sessions can take on so many forms. Sure, there’s the couch, the tissue box and the talking. But sometimes utilizing creative approaches to processing emotions can be just as effective. Today is one of those examples, where a therapist utilized an alcohol ink kit from to do some meditative creating.
