The UWCWV AHI Program is a health project designed to help adolescent grow into healthy and responsible adults.

Our goal is is to assist them in reaching their full potential, and develop assets youth need to thrive and avoid risky behaviors.

2023 High School Seniors! 🎓 While the Promise application and are due by May 1, current seniors have until June 2023 to earn qualifying SAT scores and July 2023 to earn qualifying ACT scores to be eligible to receive Promise this fall. Students also are able to use “superscoring” to meet the eligibility requirements, meaning that they can take sub-scores from different tests they’ve taken to get an overall score that is higher than an individual test score.

The Promise Scholarship application and requirements are available at collegeforwv.com/promise. The FAFSA is free and available through the U.S. Department of Education at fafsa.gov.

Attention WV High School Juniors: The WV Scholar program provides a full tuition, standard room, board, and fees scholarship to West Virginia Wesleyan for four years. Apply by April 30th at wvscholar.com.

DEADLINE EXTENDED! 2023 seniors can now apply for the Promise Scholarship by May 1, 2023! This merit-based scholarship provides eligible students up to $5,200 to cover the cost of tuition and mandatory fees at higher education institutions all across the state.
