About Me

In 2011, I was in an almost fatal car accident that turned my life upside down. My personal healing journey gives me a unique perspective being on the opposite end of the spectrum as the client/patient. Many of my clients now, have complex cases very much like I once did. My deep appreciation and understanding for the need of a layered modality approach makes me a compassionate therapist. I incorporate the following types of modalities: trigger point, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, hot rocks, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, and reflexology into the massage based on the client’s needs.

My goal as a massage therapist is to listen to your story and design your unique “signature massage” for the best healing experience possible. I include complimentary oxygen (BEMER) and light therapy (cold laser) in every massage. This amazing perk reduces pain and inflammation within minutes and the effects last up to four days!
