Assist with daily activities such as; meals, ambulating patients, And providing plenty of fresh water and nourishment between meals. Help patient with personal hygiene. Provide adjunct care including ice pack, non-sterile dressing and therapeutic bath. Checking vital signs and report daily information in patient’s chart. Assist the nurses and other staff as needed. Measuring and recording food and liquid intake,Also recording f***l and urinary output.

Yes we do. When we are assigned a client who is in the hospital or rehab facility we are there for safety reasons only per their rules. We do not provide care for them without an employee of the care facility assistance. You can rest assure safety is our up most important priority and our job is to make sure they are not alone to where they could fall or be injured.💞
