Mental and physical health are monumental to our wellbeing and are key aspects to an overall blanaced sate. Although, we can not underestimate the power of spirit, energy, aura, essence, or whatever it is you resonate with, that pertains to the force field around us that we can all agree we can instantly feel even simply walking into a room.
We learn strategies to mentally cope. Nutrition and fitness to help us physically cope. But we also need to implement a plan to energetically cope. Protecting your aura or essence or energy is necessary to maintaining balance, peace, and the work we put in to ourselves through mental and physical fitness. I can't stress how many times I have seen individuals reach unbelievable heights in their mental and physical journeys just to feel "off" still, no matter how far they have come. We of course, all will have bad days, but assessing the energies around you and understanding the power and impact our own and others energies have on you day to day will allow you to enhance your awareness to notice, remove, and cleanse yourself of direct energetic attacks that may or may not be intentional.
The heaviness of those around you can deplete you just by simply being in the room, so simple tips and self-awareness of when and how to move could protect your energy. We don't have to take anything on that we don't want or need to so knowing the company we keep, exiting left when our intuition is screaming for us to go, and cutting ties as necessary is a must. If we can't walk away from certain energies, then learning to understand our own reactions, triggers, and emotions could better manage how we respond energetically to reduce that heaviness with others. The more we fine tune our internal state, the easier it will become for you to deflect energies that just don't belong to you. Being settled in our spirit gives us more power over our aura to simply be aware of the heavy energies in our space, realize they don't belong to us or that they do, and align our own energy as needed. It takes consistent practice to make it a habit, but when it sticks, you will find more peace and flow through your day to day experiences β¨οΈ
