The Lucia N.03 was developed in Austria by medical neurologist Dr. Dirk Proeckl and clinical psychologist Dr. Engelbert Winkler. The Lucia N.03 is a therapeutic light meditation. It is a journey into consciousness.

It is not in competition with or a replacement for pharmaceutical drugs, clinical therapy, or any other medical intervention. While the doctors have done extensive research on client reactions, in Austria it is illegal to share client data.
