‼️🫣 BUTTHURT Alert.
The Core Belief Clash:
Old script: “If someone saw the real me, they’d leave.”
Me 💁♀️: “I see you. I’m not leaving.”
🆘🚨 System overload:
Panic.
Shame.
Self-doubt.
and more = the inability to reciprocate in equal measure.
—💥— Not from lack of love—but from unprocessed grief, fear and unworthiness 😞.
-—🎯-— You’ve been spending your life dickin’ around avoiding the very thing you want most - to be loved, valued & accepted for who you are (HINT: As all of my work suggests: it begins within‼️If I cannot accept mySelf...).
📌 ALL this and more happens inside of too many people to count...
- these people have been taught that:
Performance > Presence.
-— Simply put: I must earn your affection, your generosity, your approval, your niceties, etc. THIS IS A PERFORMANCE-BASED LOOP of the ego — And unfortunately driven by societal norms.
🗣️ And it is complete and utter 💩.
