Who needs to renew your CPR or learn a life saving skill this month? An emergency can happen at any moment and you will want to be prepared. I would love to help! Vital Rescue CPR, LLC can provide high quality AHA BLS/CPR and FIRST AID training in the Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas.

I just happened to be at the right place at the right time on Saturday and provided help to an elderly woman choking on pancakes. A few abdominal thrusts and she was able to breathe again. 💖
