Positive Transitions We provide a safe and supportive sober living home for those in recovery. We offer spacious single bed rooms with King/Queen size beds and also 2 man rooms.

Positive Transitions offers a safe structured alcohol and drug free living environment. All rooms include high speed internet, electricity, heat and hot water. Positive Transitions sets a new standard in sober living. NO CRAMMED ROOMS! NO BUNK BEDS!

Yesterday was mind-blowing. The house, my team Positive Transitions We took a trip to OSG paintball. The unity and the camaraderie are what define peer recovery. What we found on the field was exactly that. I invite any sober house from Maine to Massachusetts to run a game against us.

Yesterday Santa came early to Positive Transitions . Homeless Outreach Partners (H.O.P) very own Warren and Jennifer Dietrich's came by and blessed our men with gift bags compliments of Reds Shoe Barn and Granite State Apparel. My men received shoes, boots and clothing. We thank you for considering our men during this joyous time. Thank you again and many blessings.
