Even a mild ankle sprain can leave you sidelined for WEEKS, or if more severe, MONTHS. As painful as the sprain can be, the time spent on the sidelines may be equally as painful!! Having to be on the sidelines may lead to frustration, and anxiety.

Acne can be socially debilitating and really impact your quality of life. I am so HAPPY to of been able to help this adorable client and her painful cystic acne!!! Can this treatment help everyone? - Although no guarantees can be made, I always say it’s worth a shot ❄️

Cryotherapy for acne-

Boosts collagen production which helps to tighten and tone, and shrink pores making it harder for bacteria to build up.

The cold temperature causes the vessels to constrict, when the cold is removed vessels dilate 4x their normal size bringing a surge of oxygen rich blood to the area.
