“I don’t need to lose weight. I just want the anti-inflammatory benefit, so I’ll use a much lower dose.”

I understand. The thing is that all studies showing anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects were, and are, done at full therapeutic doses, the ones that have been approved.

So using sub-therapeutic doses with the expectation of the same outcomes isn’t supported by evidence, at least not yet.

The studies being cited were done in patients with DIABETES at FULL DOSES, where improving glucose and insulin signaling drives many of the observed benefits
Those results can’t be extrapolated to people without insulin resistance taking sub-therapeutic doses.

Maybe in the future we’ll have studies showing that lower doses of GLP1 meds can deliver anti-inflammatory or neuroprotective benefits.
For now we simply don’t… And we should not present hypothesis as proven facts

I’ll keep telling you this: you can work out daily and still be sedentary if you sit 8+ hours a day, especially without breaks.
Daily workouts don’t cancel out 8 hours of sitting.
Being sedentary is killing us. Literally.
Some meetings are camera-off. I take that as a cue to move a little.

First of all - it’s much easier than you think.
Second - every bread is not the same. This one? It’s Delicious, earthy, buttery, comforting.�The texture and sensory experience are just different.

Third - it’s easier to digest because bacteria have already done the work during slow, overnight fermentation.�It’s gentler on blood sugar spikes.
It even “unlocks” nutrients, making them easier to absorb.�And it may help nurture a healthier gut microbiome. some studies even suggest it can lower inflammation.
That’s all because this bread is slow-fermented.�This bread is divine

I want all clinicians to know that:
1️⃣ You can’t treat what you judge.
2️⃣ Fat shaming is not tough love. it’s harm.
Patients who experience weight bias are more likely to avoid appointments, delay treatment, and develop worse health outcomes.

Most adults in the US are not metabolically healthy. These risk factors should never be ignored - they are indications for intensive lifestyle modification and, when appropriate, medical therapy.
