We started in 2020 with a simple idea: build a space where independent beauty pros could do their thing, but never feel like they were doing it alone.

Here, you get the freedom of being your own boss with the bonus of community - artists who cheer for you, collaborate with you, and make showing up every day feel inspiring. ✨

Right now, we’ve got a private room and a couple of stations opening up. Whether you’re a stylist, lash artist, esthetician, MUA, or another beauty creative, this could be your chance to grow your brand in a space that feels good to you and your clients.

Let me reintroduce myself — I’m Roxie Layne, CEO + Founder of MOOD Lash + Beauty. I’m a lash artist, educator, and mentor for beauty pros who are ready to move with purpose, take up space, and build something real.

I’ve been in the lash industry for over 8 years, and one thing about me? I don’t do basic. Every set I create is intentional — designed to enhance your features, match your vibe, and maintain the health of your natural lashes. Precision, artistry, and energy matter here.

But MOOD is more than just great lashes — it’s a brand built on bold vision and real impact.

💥 As an educator, I train aspiring and established beauty pros on technique, styling, and retention — but also on branding, client experience, and business mindset.

💥 As a mentor, I guide artists toward clarity, confidence, and longevity in an industry that’s constantly evolving.

💥 As a CEO, I’ve created a curated space for both beauty services and beauty professionals — offering salon suite rentals for artists ready to grow in a creative, supportive, and elevated environment.

And when I’m not in the salon? I’m a mom, a plant-based foodie, and a style-obsessed creative who believes in showing up fully — lashes, goals, and all.
