I’m a Certified Nurse-Midwife with a passion for providing empowering patient-centered reproductive healthcare. I created Balanced Roots to focus on providing that kind of care to people who experience pelvic pain at any stage of life, and those individuals with a history of trauma.

I blend modern clinical tools like imaging and prescription medications with hands-on therapies and deep listening to address the root causes of discomfort and work to restore well-being.
