Today was a day I am grateful that I have fixed my relationship with exercise. I no longer exercise to burn a certain amount of calories or to earn my food. I have a general plan for the week and then listen to my body. Today I woke up sore from lifting yesterday and sad with the state of the world. It didn't help anything that perimenopause/PMS is doing a number on me. Normally I would go to the pool with a goal in mind. I'd try to push my pace and improve on my last swim. Not today. Today was about a moving meditation. It was about moving my body to loosen it up and to quiet my mind. So, for 50 minutes I just swam at an easy pace, focused on my form and breath and listened to the bubbles. This workout was just as important and the ones that push the pace, and I am grateful I have this outlet in my life.

As a health coach, I can do anything from help you make life style changes to handle a new diagnosis to make changes to improve your life.

I want you to gain confidence and find intrinsic motivation to take control of health aspects that are in your power to change.

As a weightlifting coach, I want you use the power of the barbell to discover just how much your body is capable of and grow your self-confidence.
