Spectacular Evening!

Pondering thoughts…
In the daytime of our lives we are in illumination- we have awareness tools to manage ourselves.
In the evenings and through the night, we tend to “wind down” restrict our grand movements to small spaces and places. The lack of illumination tells us it’s time to rest, so we do.
I think that deep physical,spiritual, emotional, and mental healing happens when we enter darkness. In the darkness we become still, and allow ourselves time to rejuvenate.
Why then do we fear the dark?
