Happy Summer Solstice @ 4:50pm. The Zero Point of our planet with the Sun where we stop at the top of the wave as the longest day. Tomorrow we will start to have shorter days. It’s the pause before we change direction. You can see this in the body as we breathe. In-hold-out-hold. On the pause or hold is where we can connect with the Divine.
