Starting April 1st, 2025, all medication-related questions, concerns, and requests, including medication changes and refills, must be addressed through the Restoration Health patient portal. Medication issues, including prescriptions, will no longer be handled over the phone. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the processing of all medication requests.
