On Saturday, August 2nd, we gather again to honor and celebrate Lughnasadh — the first of two harvest festivals for the Wheel of the Year 🌾
Situated between Summer Solstice & Fall Equinox, Lughnasadh symbolizes the first fruits of planting labor, reflecting the delicate balance between nature’s bounty and the hard work required to cultivate it. On this day, we honor the beginning of the harvest season & celebrate the abundance we get to share!
Together, we’ll enjoy…
🍉 connecting over a plant-based potluck brunch
🪇 singing, dancing & celebrating the season
🫐 harvesting the abundance from this land
📿 offering prayers/metta (loving kindness)
💪 moving our bodies & honoring how strong we are
Our song circle will be led by the beautiful .__723 & we promise, this is not to be missed! We encourage you to bring instruments (if you have them) & join in on the fun. It’s not about how you sound… it’s about letting yourself be HEARD.
We’d love to call in a large group for this gathering, so if you feel a stirring in your heart for time in community & on the land, come join us ❤️
