On this day, we honor the legacy of Florence Nightingale - also referred to as the "Lady with the Lamp" - who illuminated the path for modern nursing. She taught us the profound power of compassion and cleanliness, transforming hospitals into havens. Though she passed on August 13, 1910, the light of her dedication still shines on in the hearts of nurses everywhere. Today, we remember her life in celebration of every nurse who feels called to help those in need.

‼️‼️Please see the attached flyer for the Remarkable Life Foundation to help with the recent flooding events in the Texas Hill Country and surrounding areas. In conjunction with our sister Austin site, we have compiled a list of four reputable charitable organizations that The Remarkable Life Foundation will be forwarding our donations too.

What makes this such a great opportunity to help is that the foundation will match 100% of the donations that come through that are earmarked for the Hill Country Flood Relief, thus doubling whatever dollar amount is donated.

There is lots of rebuilding and recovery to do, and any help is appreciated💜
