Walking on the Back
In Japan we do often at home.
When a man has unconditional back strain just physically wears out. His wife will work on his back. She must be lighter weight than him. Use a chair on the side for balancing and control their presser, deeper or light with their tiptoes with supportive back of chair. Walk on side of spin from hip to base of neck repeat 3 to 4 times, you may hear snapping sound that good sign tight muscles loosening and very relaxing. In less than 10 minutes you feel like a new person again. This is quick fix for hard working men’s back strain. Children’s can practice too.
